Still, their money didn't matter. Kerry still lost.

This is by far the most salient line of the whole article. LOL

"Still, their money didn't matter. Kerry still lost."

Yeah who wouldve thunk it....A country built on religion would have a hard time with a medal throwing, blame america, flip flopper with no backbone....I'm surpised! Plus his wife....don't even get me started on her...
It's like Ann Coulter wrote in her Highlights and Lowlights column a couple of days ago

"Surprisingly, Teresa never became a major campaign issue. It turned out that supporters of a phony war hero who preyed on rich widows were also OK with the notion of a first lady who might use the F-word during Rose Garden press conferences"....lmao

In the face of President Bush's strong re-election showing, a group of left-leaning billionaires led by Soros has resolved to pump even more money into the cause of "progressive" politics.

It's said that insanity is doing the same thing over & over again and expecting different results.

I wish I could see Soros' face when he blows all that cash and gets skunked...again.

One of them is the Open Society Institute, which is Soros' brainchild. The other, The Center for American Progress, is run by John Podesta, former chief of staff to Bill Clinton.

Gearing up for Hellary and 2008??

They're gonna spend an additional $100 Million on top of the $63 Million they already dished out?

These people are beyond scary

I hold with David Horowitz (www.frontpagemag.com) and his "Shadow Party" thesis; that Soros, his billionaire buddies and the 527's and lobbying groups they either created for the occasion (America Coming Together, The Media Fund, The Open Society Institute--just two of the best known) or have bought out, have essentially purchased a controlling interest in the Democrat Party and have gradually taken it over. This was put baldly just a few weeks ago--"We've bought it. We've paid for it. It's ours"--as several of his lackeys stated openly.

Horowitz found this troubling in the extreme, but I find myself strangely reassured, as this caricature of an insane James Bond supervillain tightens his hold on the reins of the donkey party, he drives it ever further to the looney left. Americans are not stupid (whatever Michael Moore may say about us to european audiences) and they want no part of it.

Soros' megabucks may end up fueling a renaissance in the advertising business and I'm sure he is doing his part to fuel the gross national product but he cannot win elections with the slate of fruits and nuts which is all the Dem party will field nowadays and into the concievable future.

"chairman of an Ohio insurance company."

That Ohio Insurance company is Progressive Insurance. If you have them, drop them!
