"We" are located on Pennsylvania Avenue, between 7th and 6th St. NW. They will be two (fairly long, city) blocks away, on the same side of the road.

This, however, also allows clear shot for MIB, to keep them in their sights, so to speak. Might just be the best place for their cantage point, building height etc etc.
