I have been looking for information on Gulfsands Oil, but I can find no information on who owns it (it is privately held). They have oil leases in South America and the Middle East, and recently entered into an agreement with a Canadian company.

Very unusual not to be able to find the name of the owner of a company. I think I will mosey to the Texas Secretary of State's site and see what I can find.
