Just a little theoretical discussion here. Would not the fact these leftist traitors are giving aid and comfort to the enemy classify them as un-uniformed illegal combatants, subject to being shot on sight, anywhere they may be?
The battlefield in the War Against Terrorism is everywhere, is it not? Certainly because we were attacked on our soil the U.S. is a battlefield--No?
Another point: Is the Congressional Resolution and authorizing the Pres to use whatever means necessary to protect the U.S. is the equivalent of a Declaration of War? If it is not, does that mean you can't (legally) shoot an illegal combatant on sight? And, can only U.S troops in uniform shoot an illegal combatant, or can any armed citizen do it? (Not that I would want to, but you never know...)
We are sure to see the rise of the South American Solution here in America - death squads or motivated individuals - as a means of dealing with this trash.
I, for one, will not shed a tear. The law has failed. We are left with no choice. Theory shall become practice.
