The motive is now clear! Willie was skimming big chunks of Iraqi oil voucher money through Marc Rich and others and consorting with Saudis, OBL and Iraqis. Willie was making big bucks. Vince was involved and finally decided that this was to filthy even for Willie and tried to get out.

Monica was only diversion to keep an already compliant press away from too much examination. The same FBI investigators who DIDN'T lie about Willie's DNA faked the evidence on Vince.

Not even Willie, however, could have seen that his playing footsie with OBL and Saddam for cash would turn into 9/11 as it did. Wilie, Vince, Hubbell and others all took care of the evidence at this end. The kerrorists were not as prudent so, maybe, some day, we'll prove Willie's involvement using captured documents.
