I seem to remember him giving the Republicans their first majority in Congress after more than 40 years as a minority party.

I can't imagine Newt even running for president--let alone winning it! Just imagine how the left would rehash his marital history, to say nothing of the rest of the baggage he carries!

My personal choice as the Republican candidate (at least at this time) is Condi Rice. I would love to see a match-up between her and Hitlery!
