OOPS! Egg on my face here. Of course, Ken Blackwell is the Secretary of State, which is why the Democrats got the chance to demonize him over the Ohio vote. Jennette Bradley, another black Republican, is the Lieutenant Governor of Ohio. Please accept my apologies.

That's no longer the case. Bradley was recently appointed state Treasurer. The post is currently held my Bruce Johnson, a former state Director of Developement.
