What's so wrong with it?
If my DNA is on file, say from birth, it'd make crimes like murder a whole lot more difficult to get away with.
And the downside is? my civil liberties?
Ms. Worthington's "civil rights" certainly have been grossly violated.

But realize that DNA had already REMOVED several suspects, too. DNA can prove innocence, too.
