ANSWER has been granted a permit for the north side of the 400 block of Pennsylvania Avenue, N.W., at the beginning of the parade.

That area is between the Prettyman Federal Court Building and the Canadian Embassy.

It is a large area that, given enough people, could easily be conducive to a crowd surge that overwhelms the barriers on the parade route.
