Why I Just LOVE Rhode Island:

The smoking ban will take effect in March. The only places that a private citizen will be allowed to smoke is at the Lincoln Track or Newport Hai Lai. How would you like to be a restaurant owner in these vicinities?

14 MILLION $ worth of renovations at Lincoln Track before this bill was even passed. Lobstas and Mobstas Land like you cannot even imagine. When I see the corruption allegations against Bernie Kerik, I just laugh...such small potatoes compared to daily life in RI.
