This gentleman is an arab poster. go to www.homelandsecurityus.net (jill st. claire's website) and she mnitored an arab jihadi website that made mention of this post. Evidently the poster reported his mission in posting to an American website. As too the purpose? I couldn't make heads or tales of the "bablefish" translation.
