Yeah. . .you noticed that too? I am no Navy but I am sure we have some here on FR and perhaps they have knowledge of those waters.

Nope, it appears that the USS San Francisco ran aground in the Caroline Islands, apparently while transiting from Guam to Brisbane, Australia. As usual, I have a map...
