Today Poland's new FM said he was leading a reapproachment with Germany and France. So, Poland is pulling out, along with Hungary. None members who wish in Ukraine and Bulgaria both plan on pulling out and France and Germany have flat out poopoed any effort to get them to join even in training Iraqi police or anything of the sort.
Also, news that the EU plans on having a united foreign policy while extending its borders immediately to Bulgaria, Romania, Cyprus and Turkey and in the future to Ukraine, Georgia, Armenia, Azerbajan and possibly central asia.
Now, let us ask ourselves, judging from who runs the strings in the EU and their view of America, just where is their foreign policy going to take them visa vi us?

Into opposition to us, but until they gain the means to enforce their foreign policy decisions and the will to us those means, which they'll never do, they'll just go broke and sell out to the Mohammedans.

Are you really so dumb ? This article is from November 2004.
"Hungary has announced a full troop withdrawal by the end of the year.[2004]" They have already withdrawn. Polish soldiers will be withdrawn not sooner than in December 2005/January 2006, because according to UN resolutions they can't stay there longer.
