There is no age of consent any more. Adults and minors "within a few years of each other" are permitted to skirt the age of consent (the so-called Romeo & Juliet exception, now Romeo & Romeo). Also 2 underage kids (any sex) that are considered within the same peer age (a couple of years apart) are also exempt from the age of consent/statutory rape prosecution.
Underage kids are permitted to see an abortionist without parental consent or notification.
There aren't even any morals charges of "corrupting a minor" by sharing the mechanics of sodomy with a child (even Dr. Ruth compiled up a book of tips for teen sex).
It is a joke to prosecute one adult and not another just because one is 19 and the other is 20. Can't buy "part of a beer" just because you are 20.5 years old.
