-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Not sure what or where you really need to be based upon the above comments you made.... I suggest you get a Texas map out and study the distances between some of the locations you've made above and then think time frame [15-30 minutes]...

I'm actually looking at College Station-Bryan.. another option is Austin... the Breckenridge comment was if I lived in Austin... sorry for the confusing syntax, but I are an Aggie.. ;-)

I'm actually going tomorrow to see what is going on in Bryan, but will leave the Austin option on the back burner.

I went to A&M and loved it. I can still remember nickel beer night at the Dixie Chicken, yell practices, kisses when the football team scored, and all the good stuff.... and good friends. I miss Texas and am trying to get back "home". I also want my kids to grow up as Texans....

Thanks... I just couldn't put all the places/pieces together with anyone working in any of the three locations mentioned and wanting to commute from either of the other two. Good luck in your search.

Just curious... if you're conservative (and an Aggie), why in the world would you *want* to live in the liberal cesspool that is Austin?
