Yes the Bushes are killing people! TERRIOREST. The more the better.
Personally I would be sceptical about any extra-judicial kilings by a President, be it Clinton or Bush.
But if Clinton did commit these crimes then why has Bush not held him to account?
There are many tinfoil sites that claim both of them have killed their enemies. Some even think they are both working together as part of a massive conspiracy. I tend to ignore these kind of things.
