I don't get it. If the constitution says the candidate is not eligible, how can a simple majority vote of the senate override that?
Would it be possible to give a one or two sentence explanation/background/summary for those of us who (a) know nothing about this and/or (b) have wretchedly slow dialup and hesitate to go elsewhere as it takes forever?

Well, if she was a Kentucky resident for the requisite 6 year period, Indiana should go after her for fraud for just paying in-state tuition there.
