The ACLU lawyers are beginning to hear what the AMERICANS are saying.

More importantly, they are beginning to realize what could happen to them if they didn't listen to the 99% of Americans who think the aclu and their ilk need to emigrate back to their motherland. Da? Nyet?

It just goes to show that some of the ACLU's strategy involves nothing more than intimidating people into submission. The ACLU files suit; plaintiffs who don't have the money or the convictions to fight will back down and cower to the ACLU's demands.

I'm glad to see someone fight back and expose the ACLU for what it is.

Moreover, the Dover School policy is consistent with the No Child Left Behind Act of 2001, in which Congress encouraged schools to present a full range of scientific views when teaching controversial topics, citing as an example the subject of biological evolution.

But it doesn't say anything about presenting views outside of science (ie intelligent design).
