French wines I could always do without! But German, I could never give up ny Reislings! I have also had some very good wines from... Missouri and even Arkansas.
I tried the Aussie wines, a lil too dry for my tastes but not undrinkable :)
Dryer wines have less of a hang-over effect. The reds make ya more mellow than the whites; but have a tendency to put ya to sleep a little sooner. Aussie wines are terrific. Black Swan is our favorite. Next is Yellow Tail, but we don't like the plastic corks.
