Even more like the book and movie, Heartburn, written by Nora Ephron, one of Carl Bernstein's ex-wives.

Meryl Streep played the very pregnant Nora and Jack Nicholson was the pathologically philandering Carl.
Why it was ever made into a movie is way beyond me.
The book was certainly bad enough, even though it did ring true.

I've seen that film but didn't realize it's supposed to be Bernstein. Interesting.
