Surely you would agree that there is a significant difference between merely saying it from time to time and recording it for the ages. Most of us have said things that we would never commit to paper.
Regardless, it's not so much the words as it is the concepts, the "pictures he paints" with his lyrics. From what I've read here, there's little of value there, mostly a lot of filth.
I truly look forward to the day when sin in all its forms is nothing but a distant memory. Repent before it's too late.

Quite frankly, I am not familiar with Kid Rock's lyrics. I understand that they're crude, at least on some of the songs. Doesn't matter to me. I don't listen to them. But...and this is important: Young adults listen to Kid Rock. Our troops in Iraq seem to like Kid Rock. He apparently supported Bush strongly during the campaign.
It's the Bush twins' party: I suppose they can invite whomever they wish to perform there. I advise not attending if you don't like the kind of music that will be played there. Myself? I wasn't invited.
Let's move on to stuff that really matters and forget which popular performer is playing at some party.
