McCain is an attention grabber, but he isnt stupid.
This qualifies as stupid, especially since he wants to be the next POTUS....
I was personally thinking Snowe, but Chaffee is very possible....
Actually McCain was my first thought. I had heard that Jeffords outright stated that he wouldn't have anything to do with a challenge.
Actually I would laugh my a$$ off if there was a challenge. I'm a registered Independent, I don't like Republicans or Democrats - no offense - I just have serious disagreements with both. My favorite quote is:
