Here's my quarterly rant. When was the last time you went to the movies? You paid at least $7 for the tickets, $5 for the popcorn and $3 for the coke. Right there, that's $15. Double it if you took your significant other. That's $30. I GUARANTEE you walked out of that movie not very satisfied. Now, compare that to how often you come to Free Republic and all the enjoyment and satisfaction you get from this Forum. Skip one movie a month and donate that $25 to FR.If you don't do movies, how about your daily newspaper? You probably hate that newspaper. How much do you pay for that? Let you subscription go and donate whatever you pay to FR.
Well, that's it until next time. I just don't understand why people don't get it.
