I got a ruby red-colored silicone bundt pan for Christmas. My 19-year-old one was losing it's non-stick capability and sometimes my cakes would not come out whole. I baked a Bacardi rum cake in it for a New Years Open House. The cake just slipped out of the pan, clean up was a snap, and it tasted great. No metallic or rubbery taste at all--just chocolate fudge 'n rum. Yum. Yum. My dear...I hope you accept the responsibility for 50-thousand FReeper Atkins followers heads just exploding!!!
