To add a a little factual substance for the still lurking troll (like dogs, they return to their own vomit): President Bush was warmly received by the members of the Anabaptist community (Amish, Mennonite & Brethren), who came out in unprecedented numbers to vote for him- even meeting with him privately. It does not surprise me at all that religious leaders of this community are revisiting how they could possibly support military efforts without compromising their normally pacifist beliefs. It's not the first time in this country's history that they have done so.
There is a strong revival and reassessment going on in this faith community that is causing them to look for ways they can be more proactive in defending this country against the socialist and islamofascist enemies it currently faces. They finally realize that to do nothing is faith without works, and only aids the enemy.

BTW, I'm sure the Republicans will continue to make sure that the democrat-only sponsored draft legislation goes nowhere. They do not want our volunteer military polluted with the likes of you. And according to your article, they seem to be smart enough to grasp the fact that there will be no draft, even if you can't.

ps- It's a darn shame your candidate was so horrible that only 30% of the people could bite the bullet enough to to vote for him, in spite of being totally propped by the lamestream media. But you really need to put on your big-boy pants and get over it, k?

The only other house on my block besides me that had a Bus/Cheney 2004 yard sign is occupied by a Quaker and his family.
