I suggest they get a lawyer. Even if there is no civil service protection they have rights.
Even in a "right to work" or "at will" state, firing just because of skin color is a MAJOR no no. Especially with this sharrif saying that he specifically did this with the intention of hiring replacements with a specific skin color.
Must be a democrat.
