I think their calling it human influenced global climate change now, or HIGCC for short. It doesn't matter what tendancy is implicated in the climate, as any change is human influenced and that's bad. And if no change is observable, that's uber-bad, because climate change was supposed to be observed one way or another. And in fact, if the climate doesn't change one way or another, that's just proof that man is causing simulataneous global cooling and warming (SGCAW) and that would be extremely wickedly bad. IMHO the only solution in that case would entail burning massive quantities of freon.
