I don't think Scripture is as plain and detailed on the matter as your pieces made it out to be.

And, I don't believe the Scripture was intended to be more than a rough outline.

The devil and/or redemptive compassion is in the details.

There's plenty statements of Christ to profer a lot of compassion and grace to many situations your interpretation would only offer stoning to.

Some people would like to think, that " THEIR SIN " is somehow less of a gross offense or sin to GOD than other peoples sins.
I have seen the arguments, about, how some sins are at greater levels of offense to GOD than others, but, the truth of the matter is ? SIN IS SIN in GOD'S EYES no matter how you look at it. ALL SIN , will separate us from GOD,,, let me repeat that again so this is clear to everyone ALL !!! SIN !!! will separate us from GOD, and don't think, that your " LITTLE WHITE LIE or LITTLE WHITE SIN " is somehow less worse or offensive to GOD than some other persons sin.
The BIBLE says " ALL HAVE SINNED , and HAVE COME SHORT TO THE GLORY OF GOD " yes,,, that means YOU !! AND ME !! .
It's not by WORKS , or how " GOOD WE LIVED " that will get us to GOD and into heaven, but, by God's GRACE through the BLOOD of JESUS CHRIST.
People ? if you think ? that your GOODIE TWOSHOES GOOD LIVING LIFE will get you to GOD and heaven, you are sorely mistaken, and you are in for a rude awakening.
