Not in his favor as far as politicians are concerned. But he might be just the guy we need. The same was said of Reagan in 1976. But in January of '81, he was President.

Regarding my last reply. I thought you said he was willing to put principle ahead of politics. Reanalyzing the comment, I disagree. He was probably making a point that he voted his conscience. I don't think he was implying that he really would have voted differently.
