Ok, Republicans own 2 branches; Executive and both sides of the legislature (That's where I came up with my 3) ...we are screwed on the Judicial branch.
I still say: Screw the Rats! Full speed ahead!
What the 9th may or may not do regarding prop 200 is irrelevant.
If implemented, prop 200 is not going to make very many, if any, illegals get up and leave.
