I have felt that all the noise about the government shutting it all down was a smokescreen and that some element of the government is still carrying on with it. What's your impression on that score?

There was supposedly too many false hits for it to be worth the money. Any comment?

Personal opinion: I don't know and the former government RVr's can't come to a consensus on that question.
