They used military assets that were needed elsewhere. Never coordinated with the military, simply demanded what they wanted without regard for critical military missions.
I didn't know where the funds came from. It just blows my mind that people can take such obvious, unfair advantage of their power. But they did it, and all the time.

The clintoons did indeed think all of our resources were theirs to use. But Americans must have approved. There were no complaints in the MSM, and no one is talking about how the Bush twins somehow managed to take semester breaks without spending a lot of our money.
