Great idea and I will keep the site aware of any useful information I get that might help. Most of the problems are institutional as pointed out by this post. The army takes the view that to show force or to be overtly aggressive gives the wrong impression. Where as the Marines take just the opposite approach. When they travel all weapons are out there for everyone to see. The Marines are by their nature and training aggressive. The Army by its size has to accommodate a number of different types of basic training. Some training does not prepare soldiers very well for front line duty, but that's where they are.
