Or maybe Rand Beers, who was one of the Democrats' moles in the Bush administration before he joined Kerry's foreign policy team.
They mentioned that it was significant that an important Englishman was invited to the meeting, but he declined to attend. ( I didn't catch the man's name).
Ping
Rush talked about this meeting yesterday. The usual suspects were there.
If this had been a CEO of a corporation who mismanaged so much money, the left would be planning the arrest warrant right now if they thought they could get away with it.
But the UN mismanaging (and that's a nice word for it) our money...no problem. The left applauds that, I think. LOL
So did you hear Holbrooke's interview on O'Reilly tonight? O'Reilly suggested Clintoon as new UN SecGen and Holbrooke (who had been blowing constantly into the we-need-to-keep-Kofi-alive balloon during the segment) immediately agreed this would be a great idea.

One freeper mentions that a permanent member of the Security Council can't have anybody in the SecGen role. I think I'd heard that before, don't know if it's true. Bet they'd change the rules for Bubba though....
