He makes some good points, but the root cause of the Washington fiasco was:

1. Over 700 suddenly discovered ballots in King County which were allowed to taint the entire statewide results. If anyone believes all or even most of these ballots were legitimate, please freepmail me. I'll give you a great deal on owning the Brooklyn Bridge.

2. More than 3,500 more voters in the statewide total than actually signed in to cast ballots. Again, from King County after the results of an initial count and two recounts all showing the Republican candidate won.

What I can't figure out is why a Republican Secretary of State would certify such obviously tainted results. Any explanations?

I understand that recent polls suggest that 50% plus of voters do not believe that this result is legitimate, even among democrats. There could be a considerable backlash against the dems the next time voters have to go to the polls. The Republicans may be, wisely, taking the long view on this.

Because he is a RINO. Also, I wouldn't be surprised to hear he had a skiing trip on his agenda with Christine and Governor Locke.

This can still be contested and should be.

We simply can not allow 3500 ballots to be added to an election this close that no one cast legally. That is massive fraud pure and simple. The courts can rule that 3500 votes be taken from King County in proportion to how the others were case and this would switch the winner.

This simply must be contested.

A win in court could prove the corruption in King County and do even more harm to the DemocRATS.
