Paleocons on the other hand, can claim nothing as their legacy because paleocon policies have never been in the mainstream of American politics.

It is a vicious slander to suggest that Ronald Reagan would have done as the neocons wanted in the Balkans. He would have had more wisdom than to hand that region over to Al Quaeda.
