Then it is booze and/or Prozac waiting for death.

And when they are 45, they will find that their careers are not interesting enough. And when they are 50 they will bore you to howling with tales of their cats. Unless they do the desperate-Hail-Mary-first-kid-at-45 thing, and then are puzzled when the poor baby has two heads and flippers.
