The truth is that these kind of laws don't bother people like Kerry. He has people that take care of them. I once date an "estate manager" for a multi-billionaire. She had a staff of people and a huge budget to run the rather modest place. If she needed anything like a lawyer to cope with issues, it was one phone call to the corporate lawyers and the problem went away. I suspect that Kerry was barely aware of this event. Last I heard he was in Colorado.
These types of laws only screw the little guy that can't afford the staff and all.
By the way, it's Louisburg SQ, which is a subsection of Beacon Hill. It's only 1 block long and houses on both sides of the street around a tine Sq. it is the towniest place in town.
