The preface to the state's proposed gay marriage bill (AB19) contains the statement that the bill will protect the rights of all bisexuals. I'm still scratching my head over that one. Seems to me that unless it provides for three way marriages it only protects the rights of those bisexuals who want to marry the same sex partner.
It all just gets so complicated....
