Your headline is incorrect.

There are NOT 3500 more votes than registered voters.

Instead, there were 3500 more votes than the recorded and confirmed number of voters.

There is something fishy about the King County vote, to be sure. But let's not be overstating the case.

Going off of memory, wasn't there a story a while back about something like 5,000 Washington votes being found in Alaska or some such thing?

Does that ring a bell with anybody?

And it's strange that they suddenly found a box of 3500 ballots after it appeared that Rossi had won it.

Good point. I saw the word "lists" and assumed registered. Still looks like fraud though. And I would bet that these votes are not for Rossi.

sounds like lawyer-crap "new-speak" more than honest english.

Wouldn't you love to hear an honest sentence just once come out of a lawyer's or judge's mouth?? Don't hold your breath!

Remember, there being more votes than voters in King County ceased to be a problem as soon as the Democrat candidate was declared the victor. If the Republican had won, then there would be the need for a new state wide election.
