FR's own "little list"..name the MOST Obnoxious person of 2004..who "never will be missed.."
one man's opinion

Listening to the Mikado on New Year's Eve day can be dangerous. It's my favorite Gilbert & Sullivan piece, especially the brilliant, "I've got a Little List" ditty sung by the Lord High Executioner. As everyone in the media talks about the hi-lights, and low lifes, of 2004. So, who's the ONE person, or personality of 2004 you'd like to make dissappear, and why?

It's not the bigname libs that bug me. Most are paid to act like buffoons. Not journalism's flavor-of-the-week, (Scott Peterson, Paris Hilton) either. Howabout leftist editorial writers of the MSM? Not the people writing them per se, but the concept as a whole?

Easy! Michael Moore.
Too bad a tidal wave didn't sweep him away, and while floating at sea, a Japanese whaler spots him...

Hillary - she's more dangerous that anyone else so far mentioned. As for bill- he (or whatever part of him) is a spent force.

The unfunniest man in America, Al Franken...although being the top "personality" on "Err-America" has made him almost invisible.
Bill Maher is a close second, but then there's Eleanor Clift, and Juan Williams, there's just so many!

I'd say the most shrill was Hillary, as usual.
TerAAAAza was certainly obnoxious too!

*LOL*
I noticed that in the minute or so I was writing my response to the question, several others posted Moore too!

Hitlery would be my choice. I live in New york and have had to put up with that `Rat for 4 years, and now it seems as 2008 rolls closer I may never escape hearing or seeing the dreaded Hitlery.

I know there are loads of folks who will pick Michael Moore.. Dan Rather and Peter Jennings will likely be popular, as well as the Clintons. Tom Daschle will join John Edwards on the political stage. Kofi and Chirac will be favorites for the international side.
Me, I'll pick Ted Kennedy. If at the stroke of midnight he disappeared, I'd find a bottle of champaign to uncork. If he up and went away tonight, the liberal movement in this nation would fall apart. He's the last tie that they have before their boat floats free and we'll enjoy seeing 9,000 captains stand up to 'become' the leader.
He's not 'major', but he'd be my pick.

So, who's the ONE person, or personality of 2004 you'd like to make dissappear, and why?Anyone who calls themselves "progressive".

Excellent choice! I second that nomination. From one infidel to another, Happy New Year!
Best wishes,

We have to pick just one? Hmmmm...can't do it. I have a three-way toss up between Kofi Annan, Jacques Chirac, and Michael Moore.
To: LRS
I can't stand him. He's obnoxious.
