So this allows the Election office to "DISCOVER" as many absentee ballots as is needed without question or proof that these people actually exist. I would want to see a Birthcertificate and copies of at least two to three picture Identifications for proof of life and residence of th estate of Washington.

Those of you living in Washington State should start calling the "Federal" Elections Commission and filing complaints of blantant voter fraud.
