FINALLY.

Someone gets it.

Social security in this country, like public education, is simply NOT salvagable. It has few if any intrinsic merits that cannot be found elsewhere without the major flaws that inevitably accompany it.

Try telling that to anyone over 65 who is now receiving their monthly entitlement check. Social security is the most popular welfare program in history.

If we don't "save" Socialists' Security and we can wipe out welfare, would that mean there'd be more Americans who won't be paid not to do those jobs Americans won't do?
