Don't act like their side during the trade riots a few years back. It's bad PR and won't help the cause. Do things to get noticed, yes, but nondestructive things. Use secret Freeper weapon, humor! You don't need Bunker Hill, rather something along the line of a Tea Party. Not precisely like Boston's as too many in the state wear Green blinders. Is there some favored liberal brand of bottled water out there? Dump a load of that into the sound while suitably attired then dump the empties into a recycling bin.

I don't know whether Rossi can pull this off; the deck may be stacked too high against him. But you the Washington GOP can't convert this election theft into legislative gains in 2006 and a solid run by somebody (not necessarily Rossi) against Cantwell then they are nearly as inept as the Illinois GOP. From here in Iowa it sounds like you've got better proof of your theft than Thune did in 2002 and unlike SD the current balance of power in the state is so one sided that you have little to lose by filing an election contest.

...just being glib...and actually I don't agree with the Democrats who keep saying that Rossi is actually hurting his career by going to the mat to expose the fraud here in Washington (really, King County). But I do think it would hurt him to just be nice and slink away -- over time, if this is not fought to the extreme end the mass of voters who don't pay much attention will simply assume Gregoire really did win the election because Rossi slunk away without a fight.

Its a horrible disgrace what the Democrats are allowed to get away with in America.
