What's good about this news? Anna Nicole deserves big bucks, maybe not 88 mil, but enough big bucks to keep her in the style to which she became accustomed as Mrs. Tycoon.
As a result of this ruling, she'll have to work now, and we'll be seeing her ugly face all over tv. Spare us! Whatever it costs, keep her shopping and off tv for the rest of her life.

But, she married him for love...........of his money. so what--she should still get a substantial amount of $$ in my opinion... they were married... for love or not--who cares? is marrying "for love" "always" the BEST reason to marry?
To: WestVirginiaRebel
For some reason whether or not Anna Nicole Smith got the m,oney really doesnt matter to me.

Anna should receive $10,000,000 for her pain and suffering, (paid in annual installments of a thousand dollars a year).

And he married her out of the purest intentions. Not because she was some attractive, young model with gigantic you know whats.

Yeah, he married her, she deserves to get a share of his estate.

It sure beats some of the alternatives!!! Golddigging has always been around; I just don't feel sorry for them if things don't go as envisioned. I try to save my compassion for people who truly do not have many options.

Laura Ingraham has played the audio portion of Anna N. Smith's interview with Larry King ... it was hilarious! He actually asked her to get up and turn around for him, and she did the "da da da da DA DA" thing as she did as he requested. I imagine it was even funnier to SEE it on his cable show!

Exactly.
A ruling like this is potentially damaging to the whole "aging millionaire / young trophy wife" arrangement that has taken centuries to develop and perfect.
If this holds, then countless old men could be left without young, attractive wives during their final years on this earth. Is that the kind of world anyone wants to live in?
