Whether you approve of it or not, she's right that there is a growing number of Republicans who are getting fed up. You're not going to win them back over to your side with that attitude.
My son is in his senior year in a private college. Majoring in Chemistry, minoring in physics... honors. He is on his way to medical school. Probably doing an intern overseas this summer. Woe to those kids and families not as fortunate... those taxpaying American citizens.
