An employer doesn't need to give a reason to refuse to hire anyone. An employer is already free to not hire just about anyone he/she pleases. Even legitimate cases of discrimination (legally legitimate) are almost impossible to prove when it's over hiring.
Mexico wants America to be it's dumping ground for poor uneducated citizens that can work here and send their money back to Mexico. While the illegals are living here they hit the jack pot with medical care and welfare.
It's time to put a stop to open borders. When our next 9-11 comes, the terrorist will have gotten into America through our southern border, mark my words, through our southern borders.
Unfortunately, that's not what influences an employer's hiring decision. It's a bit more complicated than that. What happens is that if an employer wants to fire or discipline a minority employee, he needs to have some insurance against a lawsuit. Once he gets sued, the first thing that's going to get looked at is the level of "diversity" of his workforce, apparently so as to peer into his state of mind. At that point, he's going to want to make sure he has plenty of minority employees to show to the plaintiff's lawyers, who aren't going to care a whit if these employees are illegals.
So really the only viable solution is to get rid of these "civil rights" laws altogether and let the market do its job.
