Actually, both of your cites agree with my version of our RKBA's, not yours.
-- It is the public policy of the United States, as per the 2nd Amendment, to prevent infringements on our RKBA's.
Employers are cynically using 'parking lot property rights' to prevent employees from carrying arms. - Which leaves the question.. -- Why does anyone support such efforts?
jones
You're flat out stupid son.
The first quote is from my third cite, the second quote is from my second cite, and the third from my first cite.
None support you, they actually destroy you.
Luis
Not me, sonny. I don't cooperate.
Cynical men are using such theories attempting to destroy our RKBA's. They will not win.
It's puzzling why they work so hard to deny their own rights tho; -- maybe they really don't agree with our Constitution.

The Second Amendment Foundation and the Constitution Foundation are trying to destroy the Constitutional right to keep and bear arms?
74 Luis
No, the Foundations you cited essentially agree with me that; --
-- it is the public policy of the United States, as per the 2nd Amendment, to prevent infringements on our RKBA's, and; ---
--- it is employers who are cynically using 'parking lot property rights' to prevent employees from carrying arms.
Get it?

"...it is the public policy of the United States, as per the 2nd Amendment, to prevent infringements on our RKBA's..."You are an embarrassment as a citizen.
The Second Amendment recognizes our natural right to keep and bear arms, and the necessity for an armed populace in order to defend the Republic. It also prohibits the FEDERAL government from infringing on our rights to keep and bear arms...no where does it instruct the government to take action on private citizens to force upon them the presence of other citizens bearing arms on their property, against their wishes.
