That was my first thought, too. Ok, I'll play along, how many of the "growing hispanic population" which they treated were illegal?

That should actually read: Illegal AND legal hispanics that get free healthcare amongst other free stuff we taxpayers pay for.

The mother is illegal --- the new born baby is a citizen --- entitled to welfare checks and food stamps which the mother hopes to cash in on.
