Why is that? They voted according to the law, counted the votes, and she won. There is nothing in WA law that even suggests a revote in the case of a close or controversial election. That is why Rossi mentions getting the legislature to pass law allowing it. Seems to me she could make case that revoting would disenfranchise those that already voted. This move does nothing except prolong the inevitable.
